USAID MATOY

Through the USAID-funded MATOY program (2003 – 2004), Pact provided strategic, organizational and technical capacity-building assistance to local and community-based Malagasy civil society organizations and nongovernmental organizations to develop and implement prevention, care, and support projects for HIV/AIDS in Madagascar. The objective of the MATOY program was to develop effective skills and competencies of communities to fight against HIV/AIDS and expand the number and capacity of implementing partners for HIV/AIDS prevention and care, and to support activities in Madagascar.
