Past Project
Sabelo Sensha
This project is preventing new HIV infections and reducing vulnerability among orphans and vulnerable children (OVC) and adolescent girls and young women (AGYW) in Eswatini. It helps HIV-negative OVC and AGYW stay HIV-free and supports those who are HIV-positive to lead healthy lives. The project increases social and economic resilience to the impact of HIV and uptake of high-impact health services among OVC and AGYW. The project is led by Young Heroes, a Swazi NGO. Pact provides support with capacity strengthening, preparing local organizations to become direct USAID awardees, and mentoring local partners as they implement OVC and HIV prevention services.
