Research summary: Decent work for women in the Colombian cut flower value chain

Through the U.S. Department of Labor-funded Vamos Tejiendo project, Pact has supported research on working conditions and conflict resolution mechanisms in Colombia, based on principles and indicators of decent work. This has analyzed factors that either support or hinder the labor rights of women and adolescents (ages 15 to 17) in the cut-flower value chain in Facatativá and Funza (Cundinamarca). This infographic shares highlights of the research.
