Promoting Positive Information

This project works with independent media and information actors to build a vibrant, resilient, and self-reliant media sector in Sri Lanka that drives positive change toward a more responsive and democratic space, with a focus on ensuring that vital information reaches and reflects Sri Lanka’s communities. The project is equipping a diversity of citizens to engage with media and information critically, and to demand credible, fact-based information to make decisions, building societal resilience to disinformation.
