This project bulletin summarizes recent progress made in the Piloting NAP Implementation in Sierra Leone project implemented by Pact in partnership with GIZ and financed by the German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development and the European Union. It highlights milestones that have been reached – such as the establishment of three additional artisanal gold mining associations and the expansion of a local stakeholder advisory group (SAG) on artisanal mining – and outlines key next steps.
