Capacity Solutions Platform

Over the past 20 years, Pact has developed a suite of capacity development methodologies and tools that we have implemented and refined with our partners globally. In 2014, Pact developed the Capacity Solutions Platform to make capacity development data reliable, transparent, and actionable for ourselves, our partners, and our donors.

Pact’s Capacity Solutions Platform (CSP) is a web-based software that tracks, analyzes, and measures the results of organizational and network strengthening efforts, building directly on Pact’s integrated and collaborative approach to development. The platform aggregates performance data, which allows for a holistic view of partners’ effectiveness. Pact’s signature capacity strengthening methodologies and tools are powered by the platform, including the Organizational Performance Index (OPI).

Available on any device with an internet connection, the CSP is a one-stop shop for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on capacity development data.

The CSP empowers organizations, networks, and practitioners to:
