This past year has been one of the most tumultuous of our lives. We have faced a global pandemic and unrest and insecurity across the globe. Through it all, existing challenges continued—climate change, HIV, poverty and more. Nonetheless, our staff, partners and the communities that we serve have demonstrated incredible fortitude, even as their needs redoubled
